Maybe because it's not technically a Scottish name? But it's Scottish-y, so I figured it could count. :)

You're right. I think of it as Scottish, more than Latin, too. It diefinitely counts as far as I'm concerned. I've got it on my long list under Scottish names, not Latin. So there's no excuse for me overlooking it.
