[Opinions] Errolyn
This name was briefly mentioned in a thread not too long ago, and I fell for it. I'd never heard it before, but it's cute, and a little retro. :)WDYT, and how do you picture an Errolyn (pro. just like Marilyn, BTW).

If I remember correctly, was that the topic I said "Errol Flynn must be rolling in his grave!"? If so, it's all coming back to me. For a girl, I'd rather go with Ember.

I don't like Errol or Evelyn, and those are what it makes me think of, so I'm not really a fan :(

It might have been me who mentioned it - I think someone was wondering how to honor an Errol, and there's a composer here called Errollyn Wallen, which made me think of it. It's not something I'd use but there is something appealing about it, to me anyway. It's got quite a light, fun sound.

It sounds like a name that Bill Cosby would have used because he was obviously obsessed with giving all of his kids names that started with an E. It sounds like a name that a Duggar-type family would resort to for their twenty-third child, if they were as obsessed with E names as the Duggars are with J names.

Errol Flynn, the swashbuckling, old Hollywood actor, is all that I can think of. "In like Flynn" was coined after him because he was such a womanizer. I love watching him in old movies. But he's not the image I'd want for a dd's name.

Ditto! That's all I can hear, too. I'd imagine the parent was a huge Errol Flynn fan!

I must be weird or something, because I never thought Errol Flynn was attractive. I guess it's his personality. :P
