Terence is fine. It is a bit dated, at least where I live - I think of it in connection with names like Gordon, Leslie, Desmond, Malcolm and Maurice, and I haven't seen a young one yet. But I'd quite like to. And I'm always swayed towards liking names by meeting nice people with them, too.
I'd probably put it with something traditional, like maybe Terence Arthur or Terence James. But for some reason Terence Dudley just popped into my head and is looking quite lovable.
