Gabe was a boy who always loved theatres and plays. At an age of nine he had posters of Shakespeare in his room and when he grew older he used to write his own plays and force his younger siblings to take part in them. After high school he got a scholarship to a college where he could develop his acting and play writing. Before he had always felt a bit left out since none of his friends in high school shared his great interest in plays. In college, on the other hand, he met lots of people with the same passion. He dated a lot and was convinced that his future wife was among the other students there. He couldn't be more wrong!
Eva grew up in an orphanage in Shreveport, Louisiana. Her biological mother had left her there when she was just a day old. Still, Eva wouldn't say that she had a bad childhood, it was just different. The food was a bit boring and she never got new clothes, just second-hand, but the nuns that ran the orphanage was very sweet and the other children were mostly kind too. "I had it a lot better than the children on the streets," Eva usually says when people ask her about it. When she turned 18 she packed her bag and went to Los Angeles. She was a smart girl and instead of betting all her money on a career as actress, she became a maid and cleaned the homes of wealthy celeberties. It was good money and they often tipped since she was so hard-working. One day she came to the house of a friend of Gabe's. When she was just about to leave, Gabe's friend made a "little joke" and said he wouldn't pay her unless she kissed him. Eva was very upset since she really didn't want to kiss him or even touch him. The friend became upset and told Eva to leave and never come back, but then Gabe stepped in.
"That's no way to treat a lady! Now pay her and apologize!" he said in his most dramatic voice. The friend felt very ashamed when he realised how stupid he had behaved and paid her without a word. He never said sorry though, and to make it up to Eva, Gabe took her out on a very nice dinner. It was the beginning of a long romance and a couple of years later they married!
For a while Gabe and Eva lived in Los Angeles, since Gabe worked there, but after a while they decided that the city wasn't good to raise children in. When the twins were four years old, they all moved to a small town in northern Washington.

Phoebus, being kind of a nerd in high school, was absolutely terrified of Rafaela. She was a fiery, smart, witty, sometimes mean, sarcastic and positively gorgeous latina. Rafaela, on the other hand, found Phoebus cute and valued his dedication to school and work (though, she'd never admit that). One winter's night, a class mate of Phoebus's and Rafaela's threw a huge party and both Phoebus and Rafaela went there. When it was time to go home, Phoebus, Rafaela, and a couple of other students got stuck in the snow. Since the other students in the bus was very drunk, Phoebus and Rafaela started to talk to make the time go quicker. Phoebus fell deeply in love with Rafaela. But alas, Rafaela was at the time dating another guy. It took a couple of months but then she found out that her boyfriend was cheating on her, and, trying to find comfort, she turned to Phoebus.
"Boys are jerks!!" She yelled and cried on Phoebus's shoulder (Phoebus was perplexed since he'd never handled a crying woman before, but patted her lightly on the shoulder). "I will never find a proper man! My life is over. What am I going to do?!"
Phoebus thought she was a little overly dramatic. He bit his lip nervously and then said;
"Not all men are jerks. Maybe you just haven't met the right one yet.."
His voice was ridiculously high-pitched at this moment. Rafaela looked at him with her mystic dark eyes.
"What are you implying?" she said and dried her tears on the back of her hand. Phoebus became nervous again.
"Nothing, I'm not implying nothing. I mean, I'm implying nothing. I'm not implying anything, to be exact..." Phoebus started to say but he didn't get to the end of that sentence before Rafaela kissed him, on the mouth.
A couple of years later, after they had married, they had their first daughter. She was followed by three other sisters, all inheriting Rafaela's temper and drama, but also her intelligence and passion.

Paul and Cady met early on in the local Tennis club. They were both quite good and went on several competitions together and when they didn't compete with others, they usually played with eachother. When they were about eighteen and Cady had gotten a tennis scholarship to a college in Utah, Paul stepped up and told Cady how he really felt about her - he was madly in love. He actually proposed! Without an inch of hesitation, Cady said yes. She said, all those years she'd played tennis, it was just because she wanted to get to know him. She declined her scholarship and stayed in town where Paul studied to become a dentist. She started to work as a tennis instructor and three years later she became pregnant.
The story about Paul and Cady's first son is quite interesting too. He was a competitor in the TV show "The Bachelorette". He lasted far into the series, until it was just him and one other guy left. He was very much in love with "the bachelorette" but got turned down. The other guy, Henry, was chosen as winner by the bachelorette. But he turned her down and, instead, he confessed his love for Hugo! And that's how Hugo discovered that he actually felt the same way, even if that made him gay. They're now living together and they've got a dog. They hope someday, they can adopt. The bachelorette? Well, she settled for one of the guys in the camera team on the show.

Always being kind of spontaneous, Ken had asked Penny to marry him after they'd just been dating for about four months. Penny, who was even more spontaneous, said yes. A year later they married too and about that time, their first child was already on the way. Ken's parents was very worried about the whole thing - was this marriage really going to last? And what would happen to the child if Ken and Penny really broke up? But at the same time they knew that even if Ken could behave utterly irresponsebly, he always took the consequences later.
It turned out that Ken's parents had worried in vain. Having a child brought Ken and Penny very close together and even though their marriage had some ups and downs they stuck together and are now, twenty-four years later, very happy together.

Moss is from a Jewish family living in Hawaii. When Marina met him he was working as a tourist guide in Honolulu. Marina was there on a trip with her friends over the summer. From the first time Marina saw him, she knew that he was something special. During the six weeks she and her friends were in Hawaii, she took the same guided trip fifteen times, just to spend time with Moss. At the end of the fifteenth guided trip, Moss walked over to her and simply asked her out. Marina was thrilled! They went on a couple of dates and when Marina's friends went back home she stayed in Hawaii. When school started again she went home and Moss followed her. He started to study at a college in Marina's hometown and later Marina joined him there. Two years later they married on a beach in, guess what? Hawaii!
Since then, Moss and Marina have had nine children!
