I'm not fond of Eliot/Elliot/Elliott, etc. It just isn't my cup of tea; Eliot (this spelling) reminds me of T.S. Eliot, so I suppose it might be my favorite spelling...
The combos that stood out to me were all very literary:
Eliot Algernon - this almost made me forget that I don't like Eliot/Elliot/Elliott, etc.
Eliot Bernard
Eliot Hugo
Eliot Nigel
