Help[Opinions] FINALLY!
my dh finally found a name he likes! this is a big deal for me, because he doesn't really like any name i've been able to come up with! it's been a very frustrating process! but he finally made one we can both agree on!
Tira Marie-Rose -surname-
he said "this name makes me smile"
YAY!
Marie and Rose are both family names.

I must say I like Tira on its own a lot more than Tira-Lee. It seems much more sophisticated. I feel like I would like Tira more if it were a nickname for a longer name, but I realise that's not always practical with another namer in the picture.
I feel like this combo has too many Rs in it for me. It all gets jumbled in my mouth. I also think It looks better as Tira Marie Rose without the hyphen, but the hyphen's not terrible. Have either of you considered Rosemarie?

Is Tira pronounced the same as Tyra? Also, just wondering why you decided to hyphen the Marie-Rose rather than just having it as two separate names?

She spells it Tirra but it's the same pronunciation I think (TEER-a). I don't know where her parents got it from but she's 20 years old so it's been floating around for at least that long.

That, or she has ties to the place in Israel.

Well, terra means earth/land in Latin. Probably spun off of that if anything.

Do you pronounce Tira and Terra anything alike? I don't.
