Really quirky and proper things make me think "British": Rupert, Rufus, Cecily, Gemma, Crispin, Sinjin (St. John), Simon, Gwendolen, Algernon, Dorian (bascially anything Oscar Wilde used), Philippa, Tarquin, Penelope, Lucinda.
I kinda have a thing for quirky "British-y" names.
