AH-veh, as in Ave Maria.
Barring that I'd say it to rhyme with Dave.
I'd be most likely to use Eve (lovelovelove) or the not-really-related Evening (lovelovelove).

Oh, Evening is a total GP of mine! There was a BA with it I posted a while back... I'll have to look now. It was absolutely lovely.

I love that! Evening Natalya Rose is gorgeous, and I like that they added Natalya in there, because I feel like Evening Rose would be too.. I don't cutesy?
