Depends on the person's background - for most Americans and English, I'd go with the Anglo'd Mal-a-kie, whereas if it was a Scot or Jewish/Noachide, I'd go with original mal-a-Kee (which is how I prefer to pronounce it).
I think it's a lovely name (though my favourite Mal name is Malkiel) and I think either would go very well with the other names (though I think Malachy with the -kee pronunciation fits in better).
