I would be so pleased! I adore the name Margaret and I would definitely use it on a future daughter of mine. It is only second to Josephine, in my books, due to family connections with the name.
My favourite Margaret nicknames are Meg and Maisie. I'm not fond of Maggie and it sounds bad with our last name.
