I'm not a huge fan of Victory as a name, but I'm not strongly against it either. I cuold see Vix as a nn, although she'd probably get a lot of vixen comments so maybe not. Vita Sackville-West was named Victoria or Vittoria. How about Victory, nn Vita?

And here's where I confess to adoring the name Victoire. How great is that "-twahr" sound? I'm beginning to get hooked on "w" sounds in the middle of things where we're not used to them.
