ListI make it a point to save any names I find to have interesting meanings on my PNL. Scroll to the ones with comments and see if you like anything :)

I can't find one for the first, but Pierce sprung to mind ... It doesn't actually mean "eyes which see through to the soul", but it can be used as a verb in that way.
Jason means "to heal", Althea means "healing".
Gudny is an unusual Scandinavian female name, it literally means "god-new" but can be interpreted as "God has renewed".

I'm not sure what you want exactly. Do you want existing names with those meanings, or freshly invented ones?On the main page, under Search for Names, you'll find: Search for words in meanings. Then if you key in something like "renew", "healing", "clear sight" you will find names which are close to what you need - remember to cross-check because the individual entries for the listed names will give more information.

I'm looking for existing names which posess those meanings, or names of mythological characters who posess those gifts. It's been very hard trying to find a name by a meaning. I even emailed a Native American name site, to see if they can create a name for me in their language, which would mean what I'm intending.
