Yuck, that's truly a mess of ugly. I'd assume it's Jade as well.

Not a fan of Jade, no matter how it's spelled... so overused. I got really excited when I first saw this post - though it may be pronounced like JAH-EED, or something similar.

I'm guesing it's pronounced like Jade.
It has every possibility of being pronounced "Ja-hayed". A life-long annoyance!
Jade in itself is an o.k. name..Ruby, Chrystal,Pearl,...Jade.
