[Opinions] Re: Draven & Stellan ...
It's a guilty pleasure of mine, and I did take it from The Crow, which is my favorite movie. I go back and forth on whether or not I would actually use it. As someone who takes names from movies, books and music, I'm sure you can appreciate that, even if you don't care for the name itself : )Oh, I understand perfectly. I've never seen The Crow myself, and I wouldn't have recognized that the name was from it, but I'm always glad to see someone who's chosen a name the way I do.In fact, that brings it up a few points for me. Before, the only reference I had for Draven was that one of the McWiccans in my grade was all over it if she had a baby.Yes, I believe Mira Willow has crossed my list before, haha. I do like the sound of it, but I only plan to use family names (or some sort of namesake) as middle names, hence the use of Ruth, however I still like to make other combos for fun. Lilia Willow is one that I thought of just for fun, after my favorite flower, the Spider Lily, and my favorite tree, the Weeping Willow : )Spider lilies are pretty--I've just looked them up to see what you mean. The only spider flower I've heard of before is the spider plant, which is also pretty. I really wish that Lily wasn't so popular as a name, because my two favourite flowers in the entire world are stargazer lilies (which have the most glorious smell I have ever smelled) and lilies-of-the-valley. I'm not quite sure why exactly I don't like the sound of Liliana and Lilia, even though I think Lilianne (Lily-Anne rather than like Lilian) and Lilian are fantastic. Odd how tastes work.I also totally get the whole have-to-use-family-names thing. That's why a lot of the same names show up in my posts, heh--I'm afraid to create combos out of whole cloth, because I might want to use them, then!Array

"Phineas. That's an interesting name."
"Yeah. It's Latin for 'kick me'."
