This name is in my husband's family tree! I hadn't heard of it, but of course it reminded me of Genevieve. Thoughts?

I much prefer Genevieve. Jenevia is OK, but the J makes it look a bit trendy, and it's a little hard to pronounce - you have to look carfully before you try to say it.

My first thought was a version of Geneva.

Wow that is a cool name in my opinion. It reminds me of Geneva which is turn is from Genevieve.

It sounds like a fantasy kingdom. I'm not a fan, though I do like Genevieve very much.
