I definitely think Una/Oona is usable.
I really like this name, but only spelled Una. I think Una has such a nice look to it, whereas I really dislike the look of Oona. (I can't stand the capital 'O' and small 'o' next to each other!)
I like these combos: Oona Josephine, Oona Frances, Oona Beatrice.
