Piera? Is it like Pierre with an 'a' on the end? That's how I've always thought of it...but maybe I'm wrong?

The name isn't French like Pierre but Italian, so I would have pronounced it like Kiera/Keira but with a P.

I always pronounce it as Pee-air-uh and I think it's pretty.
