Aack! I can't say that any of these "look right" to me, but I'll list my best guess as to what pronunciation was desired for each of these...
Meia - MAYA
Meiah - MAYA
Meiya - MAYA
Meya - MAE-A
Meyah - MAE-A
Mhia - MIA
Miah - MIA
Miaya - this look like three syllables to me; an "ia" does not a long "i" make, so MIA
