This is why I dislike phonetic spellings. It's too subjective. Anyway, for what it's worth:
Meia / Meiah / Meiya / Meya / Meyah -- "MAY-uh"
Everything else on your list I would assume is "MEE-uh"

If I wanted something with a "MIE-uh" pronunciation I would spell it Maya and Maia.
