I'm afraid with the "eigh" spelling you want, anything you put together is going to look odd/confusing. For me, Paceigh, looks like either an awkward invention, or something Gaelic which isn't actually pronounced the way it looks. In addition, the name, Pacey, is completely masculine for me in look/sound/vibe.
