It seems to be a female given name from Nigeria, in the language of the Yoruba. Various websites give a meaning of "the child is loved" or similar, including this one which seems to be Nigerian or at least managed by Nigerians:

I saw that a word for "child" in Yoruba is "omo". Not too far away from the middle part of Jumoke, but what do I really know about Yoruba :)

The name JUMOKE is a shortened form of a long one. and this could be any of these, OLAJUMOKE (most common), OLUJOMOKE, ADEJUMOKE. this is a very beautiful and meaningful yoruba name and it is unisex. It is however more common in females than in males. To show that males bear the name, here is an example.. Chief Bode Olajumoke.JUMOKE ..literally in yoruba means : Ju mo : combined efforts/thots/plans), Ke: pamper/treat well/spoil - as in spoiltchild/shower with so much love and affection)OLA : wealth/affluence/richnessSo OLAJUMOKE means : "All wealth combined to pamper" the child.
