[Opinions] Re: BA: Geneva Constance
in reply to a message by Kate
Okay, I've tried talking myself out of this, but I have to say it:
...........I'm kinda loving this sibset. *hides*
And, now that I've alienated myself from the other namenerds, I shall try to defend myself by saying: I've always been a sucker for Puritan names and, as soon as I opened the post, I instantly saw these names on an old ship's log or the Salem, MA 1670-ish census.
Now, would I like these names as much if I saw them on actual children? Probably not (with the exception of Geneva Constance). And, let's face it, the Puritans who named their kids "untraditional"-type names were probably the parents-of-Neveah of their time...But I can't help loving the set!
I would absolutely choose one of these if I were hosting an NTNB game on the Name Games Board here and I'd asked for a Puritan-type name...
