I knew a girl named Saidah actually. But she said it sa-EED-ah, so I'd have to train myself out of that. I think it would be three syllables in Arabic though, since it has the apostrophe (Sa'idah).
Either way, it's pretty. I'm not sure it goes well with Baylor, which is all-American. Perhaps you could spell it Saydah, which would make pronunciation easier and be more in sync with Baylor's name.
