I pronounce them EL-oo-ned and loo-ned. I don't know if that's right though, but they sound best to me that way.

BTW, where does everyone get these killer photo banners, I love them? Yours is great.

They're just icons I got from iconator.com. Be careful with that site though. Some of the icons there can have viruses unfortunately. :/
