It sounds nice. I don't like it enough to use it, but I'd like to see it on someone else. I think it's better suited for a boy and Harvey is a good nickname. Makes me think of the movie Harvey and that big bunny :)
I wouldn't use Harvest Moon, though. It's too much. It needs a classic middle name, something like Harvest James or Harvest Richard. On the other hand it sounds weird combined with a more normal name. As if you should go and harvest James. I know you can't really harvest a person but it sounds like it.
