I really like it. my only complaint is that it's somewhat common - I generally prefer names that are more unusual. But nonetheless, James is on me and DH's short list of potential fns for boys (<10) with Jamie as a nn.
Its simple, strong, classic and I've never met a Jamie that wasn't very charming and fun.
