I'd go with one T. I think one set of double letters is enough in a name. I've always had a little bit of trouble making piece with the two m's in my name making only one sound. I was always grateful that I wasn't a boy, because I would have been named Isaac and I would have two a's making the sound of a schwa...
But I do like Emma more than Ema and Elliot more than Eliot
Anyway.
