Brigitte I pronounce more like "brih-ZJEET" while Bridget is more like "BRIDG-it"

Out of the spellings you listed, I prefer Bridget. Although out of all of the forms of Bridget, I like the Italian/Spanish form Brigida the best.

I really like Bridget(BRIh-jet). Definately usable, it'll grow really well ^_^

Brigit reminds me of widget, regardless of spelling. But of the different spellings I prefer Bridget.

I like Brigit/Bridget. Bridget Margaret is the name of my husband's cousin/goddaughter so I see it as totally usable on a baby.
