I like Martha. I think some people would find it old fashioned and dated, but the only Martha I know is in her 30s so I don't find it old-lady sounding.
I think it's simple and sweet and actually ages really well, so I rate it 8.
I am not great at coming up with middle names but Martha Juliette, Martha Imogene or Martha Josephine might be nice.
