The second E looks a bit weird. I think Emiliana looks neater.

I hate to sound negative, but I always really disliked Emily and names like it. The spelling bothers me for some reason! And the sound comes out weird for me.

I think Emeliana is gorgeous, though I prefer the more familiar Emiliana spelling. Somehow Emeliana looks friendlier to me, though.

I like it. It's very feminine, and definately usable, especially with all of the other -liana names that are popular right now.

I like the sound. I'd prefer it spelled Emiliana though, probably because I'm used to seeing Emilia.
