I've never seen it. It looks made up to me. I've never seen or heard of a name that ends in -ette that isn't pronounced "ett". I would never pronounce this name jon-ook-say

I actually think it looks like a real name. I also have the same "ett" problem you do.
I think it looks like a form of Jeanette.
