I never understood hearing "I feel ya" in Ophelia. It seems like a a bit of stretch to me. oaf-EE-lee-uh. I used to like it a lot, but it's fallen from my top names list. It's a good name (though perhaps a little too sophisticated). I think it's romantic.
I don't particularly care for Ophelie or Octavie. There aren't many French -ie names I'm fond of; I only really like Elodie. I think it's because the -ie suffix works best with "springy" names, and Elodie is pretty bouncy. Octavie and Ophelie are comparatively heavy, if that makes any sense at all.
