I love Ophelia - I've never really heard 'I feel ya' when someone said it. Not as fond of Octavie.
Ophelie is nice - the only issue is people may pronounce it different ways. I wasn't sure if it was o-FEE-lee or o-FEEL-ee or whatever until I read the pronunciation.
