I like Dinah. Dinah Blythe is not my favorite combo because the two 'IE' sounds so close together put me off but it's not bad.
I'm not in a great combo mood right now but Dinah Magdalene and Dinah Helena came to mind first.
ETA: I just noticed that Magdalene wouldn't help that "Dina won't you blow" thing at all. Is that like a song?
