Love it. It's gorgeous - one of the few frilly names I'd use.

I like it, though it's a bit too fussy -- I prefer Marcelle, Marcela / Marcella, and Marceline.

I think it could be a bit much, but I think it is very lovely and uncommon at the same time. Lina has always been a name I liked, and I think it would be a great nickname here.

Ditto. It's not at all usable in the area, though - Sven, Ole & Lena are joke names. Grr.
