Our monthly YMCA calendar/newsletter came out, with a little surprise from one of the staff members: Darlene Elizabeth May, daughter to Elspeth and Richard. WDYT? I, personally, love it.

Wow, a baby Darlene! I like lots of names that are "dated." Darlene is sweet and it's so nice to hear something different than the usual trendy dreck.

I really don't like Darlene, it seems very dated and country bumpkin. Both Elizabeth and May are lovely. Dahlia Elizabeth May wouldv'e been nicer.

It's pretty... I like that Darlene isn't overused... and the latter names may well be honouring.
