I prefer Theodosia, which I find just lovely. Heliodora is interesting, but it sounds better suited for a character. I could imagine it being the name of a superhero in a comic book. Also, the Helio- part makes it sound scientific (I automatically think of the word "heliocentric"). I like science quite a bit, so that's not a bad thing per se. Theodosia just sounds better for a real person than Heliodora does. With that said, I would still be happy to meet a little girl named Heliodora.
