I'm not a major fan, but I like it. For certain I wouldn't say MAY-uh, and I think the spelling Maia is best. Don't know anyone with this name, though.
I definitely like Wren a lot. The full combo doesn't seem to flow all that well, however. Instead of Wren, I think a two-syllable name might be better in the middle. Either that, or remove one of the names: Maia Wren or Maia Luisa. I generally prefer the spelling Louisa, but I'll admit Luisa fits well with Maia.
