[Opinions] Awston
I saw this spelling a boy's sweatshirt. He looked about 10.

Someone's parents wanted their little Austin to be super original. Ugh.

Oh my eyes. :( Poor kid. That's a terrible spelling. And ironically this is coming from someone who has -aw in their name, but at least it's not the very first pair of letters.

Oh my. What were they thinking? His name looks awful. If they had to spell it another way besides Austin, why not Austen? Even Austyn or Auston would have been preferable to Awston.

Oh, parents, come on. It's pronounced "Austin" anyway, why not save the poor kid the spelling grief? Please don't tell me "Oh, Austin is so popular, so we wanted to be different." If you like the name, just use it and be smart about spelling. (i.e. Kathryn = OK, Alyzzibith - NO.)

Maybe it was a typo. Or a nickname. It can't be a real name, it's ridiculous.

That is awful. Austin or even Auston but the w needs to go.

I don't like the o in it at all. That does make it look unattractive. I do like the spelling Awstin, but the i makes a big difference!

Must say I agree... Austin is ok... but Awston is definitely awful... and that's what I thought immediately before I saw the first comment.

Yep. It sure is.

Agreed. Austin or even Austen would be fine, although they aren't really personal favorites of mine. Awston is awful. It's just ugly to look at.
