I wouldn't pronounce any of those as HAY-vah.

Haiva: HY-vah
Hava: HAH-vah
Heva: HEH-vah

HAY-vah is a really unattractive sound to me. Is it a legit name? If so, with which spelling?

It is a legit name. The legit spelling is Hava. However, I found alternatives under the "submitted names" section on the database.

Haiva, because it's the only one that makes the pn you want clear. Hava could be pn'd "Haava", and Heva, "Heyva" or "Heeva."

Heva fits that pronunciation best, I think, but Haiva is good too. I like Hava but I think it's only good as HAH-vuh.
