Cool. It's very long and intricate, sort of frilly in a good way.
Is it a girl or a boy? At fist I thought boy but now I can see it going either way.
Also, what syllable do you emphasize? I was saying ver-AL-ih-daine on first glance.

The character is a girl. And I also emphasize it like ver-AL-ih-daine.
