Possibly Tiahn might be a feminine version of Tian or Tiaan, both masculine and widely used in South
Africa
as abbreviations of names like
Christian
or
Sebastian
. There are lots of former South Africans in Australia ...

Tiarne, Tiahn etc are variants of
Tiana
.
