Both bore me, but Grace is a LITTLE less overused.
Hard choice...
But I think I'm going to have to go with...Grace.

I like the suggestion of Emma-Grace. If I had to vote for one, I think I would vote Emma. It is a close call though. Both are good names.
Grace, even though I think both names are lovely.
I'd go with Emma. It sounds more substantial to me. It has this quaintness about it that I like, yet it doesn't sound dowdy. It's sweet, but it also exudes strength.
I've never really been very fond of Grace. Just about every Grace I've met has been really sweet, so I want to like it more, but it just sounds too flimsy to me unfortunately.

Ok, I know you really want an answer, so Emma. Grace is so boring to me. I know so many nice, fun Emmas and a lot of not as nice Graces, so sorry. I also like Emma because of the variations.
If this is just hypothetical, don't worry about it, but if you are thinking of using either of these, maybe a variation? I like Enna, Ebba, Emmeline, Em, Emme, Emmy, Emmie, or even Ema. I really like some of these!
