I would choose Daisy.
Olivia is too boring and common. Also I wouldn't use it because my brothers name is Oliver and it's too similar.
Virginia is too open to teasing nicknames, and I also think it sounds too pretentious and posh. I like Ginny though.
Daisy is a little bit childish sounding for me, but it's my favourite of the 3.
