Olivia is pretty, but a little too frilly with it's L and V and four syllables. Also, it's trendy right now.
Daisy is sweet, but I would only like it as a nickname for the more substantial name Margaret.
Virginia is feminine, but not too frilly. It's more stable in terms of popularity. It has a lot more history, it can be a namesake for the Virgin Mary, and I like the nickname Ginny.
