Hmm. I almost like it (except that the way I'm pronouncing it, which may or may not be right, it reminds me of 'hemorrhage').

I go back and forth on Hemera. I think it's a cool name, very pretty, cool mythological connection... but at the same time, every time she says her name, someone will go, "Huh?" It's so unfamiliar that it might be a little difficult. I do think it's very pretty, though. What would you use for a nickname? Meri?
