I kinda like it, but around here most people pronounce it more like 'wailing'.

Is there another way to pronounce it?

Well, it could be pronounced
Waylon
.
We live in Utah and here people change the -ing at the end of a word into -ink. So walkink instead of walking. Pronouncing
Waylon
as Wayling and then more or less making it Waylink...just sounds kinda strange.
