Like Norah Namenerd mentioned I think there is supposed to be an extra syllable in the middle, but its hard to explain eithout being able to pronounce it for you. It normally all rolls together into sounding liek REAR-den anyway.

Yeah, it's hard to explain.
It's kinda like REER-er-den. That's the best way I can explain it.
