I've heard it before, but I can't think where. Maybe as a last name. Being a surname and a two-syllable-ends-in-n name, Conlan does have a trendy feel. I don't care for it, in part because it reminds me of "con man" after saying it a few times.

I never thought of con man. I guess I say the o more like an i or y. Big problem or cute nickname :)
