Well we welcomed home our second child last week. Mercedes Skylas Channing Vincent weighed 6 pounds 5 onces and was 21 inches long. She has beautiful strawberry curly hair and bright green eyes. Sadie was completly healthy and we were able to bring her home the next day!
Xander, now 4, was amazed by his little sister and vowed to be the "best biggest brodder there ever was!" Xander is a complete animal freck and Jules and him have attempt letting Xander get more pets... now he wants a Basilist Lizard as well... I didn't even know there was such a thing- but of course Xander came up to me and asked "Mommy, mommy, can I PLEASE- with ice cream on top, and wipped cream, and even a cherry on top- PLEASE get a pretty green Bailist Lizard?!" Upon saying no he sulked in his dark green room (bordered with lizards, snakes, and frogs of course) staring in saddness at a picture of the lizard he wanted. I may have given in, but then he suddnely became happy again when Jules said he would take him to the reptile exhibt at the zoo if he would stop sulking around!
